Thoughts for Dementia was a digital campaign designed to build an online community connecting young care-givers who are caring for people with dementia. The CCK executed a successful instagram campaign, which established the hashtag #T4Dementia. We created the campaign branding and designed the Spare a Thought for Dementia website.
